כִּי אֱוִיל עַמִּֽי אֹותִֽי לֹא יָדָעוּ בָּנִים סְכָלִים הֵמָּה וְלֹא נְבֹונִים הֵמָּה חֲכָמִים הֵמָּה לְהָרַע וּלְהֵיטִיב לֹא יָדָעוּ
